To ensure all Sealine personnel are developed appropriately all our people have their training needs reviewed on a regular basis from which the best fit for purpose training is identified and organised. Amongst supporting professional qualifications and personal effectiveness programmes, we also deliver many workshops in-house to people on site. Thus people are trained and developed in a familiar environment, and can relate their learning back to their everyday role.
