ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
The Company recognises that concern for the environment should be an integral and fundamental part of its business operations.
All significant environmental impacts of the Company’s operations will be assessed, and objectives and targets shall be set and reviewed annually to promote the continual improvement of our environmental performance through an ISO 14001 certified management system.
The Company will:
- Promote a sense of responsibility for the environment and ensure that this policy is communicated and implemented at all levels within the workforce and those working on behalf of the company
- Demonstrate a commitment to the prevention of pollution
- Comply with all relevant local, national and international legislation and codes of practice and other requirements.
- Monitor waste streams, reuse or recycle where possible and reduce waste sent to landfill.
- Ensure hazardous waste is disposed of in a responsible manner to prevent harm to the environment.
- Measure and improve our energy usage and ensure we operate as efficiently as possible
- Provide appropriate resources and the necessary training for all employees to ensure they are able to fulfil the commitment given in this policy
Regular reviews and audits of the Environmental Management System shall ensure that the system remains effective.
This policy will be made available to all interested parties.
