The Board of Directors of Sealine international Ltd, have appointed William (Bill) C. Griffiths as its new Managing Director and a member of its Board of Directors.
Mr James Bursey, who has overseen the running of Sealine International since the company’s acquisition by The Oxford Investment Group Inc, has been appointed Executive Vice Chairman. Commenting on his new appointment Bill Griffiths said “I am very excited to be taking the helm of this innovative British boat building business and look forward to working with James and utilising his talents and those of the rest of the Sealine team in developing the business going forward.”
Sealine’s Chairman Mr Rex Schlaybaugh commented further saying that “we are very excited about the strategies we have outlined at Sealine since the acquisition. Our aim is to expand the business and develop new markets for the Sealine range of luxury motor boats. Bill brings with him over 35 years of operations management experience in manufacturing on a global basis and we are very excited about Bill becoming part of our team. He is also a keen and knowledgeable boater”
Sealine International is to be the platform that the Oxford Investment Group, who acquired Sealine International in September 2011, will use to acquire other boat and marine manufacturing assets to enhance its marine portfolio of companies.
