SEALINE SEA SCHOOL

Official Sea School
Sealine School offers approved RYA training courses and bespoke training to suit your specific boating requirements.  We also have a number of fully qualified skippers available for deliveries and support, wherever your boat is in the world.

The Adventure
At Sealine School, our practical courses take place on a fabulous Sealine F42, with IPS drives, modern electronics and luxurious accommodation.  We are one, of a handful of sea schools, capable of offering you the opportunity to handle a new, modern, flybridge motor cruiser with joystick control for close-quarters manoeuvring.

The Solent is steeped in history.  It bristles with boats of all sizes and there are coves & anchorages all along its length; from the Needles to Cowes, Southampton to Portsmouth or Bembridge to Chichester. In fact, during your time with us, we will be popping in and out of harbours, anchoring in Osbourne Bay, picking up mooring buoys in Portsmouth – all in all, we’ll be having a brilliant time on the water.

Your boat
It’s one thing coming to see us and using our boat but it would be really nice to do this on your boat in your marina - if you’ve just bought a Sealine, it makes perfect sense to learn how your boat works by arranging for your training to be done on your boat.

We would be more than happy to come along and spend time with you, wherever it is you want to do your boating and don’t think it matters what size your boat is or what it says on the badge.

Charter
The new Sealine F42 is a fantastic cruising boat, with a huge flybridge.  This makes her the ideal boat for chartering and each summer we make Alpha available to charter at some of the world’s most prestigious boating events which are hosted in the Solent.

Cowes Week is the premier yachting event in most yacht racers’ calendar, as is the Round the Island race.  However, in 2012 we see the J Class yachts get together to compete for the first time in decades.  This is also the year Portsmouth announced their inaugural Air Festival.

Come and join us for a relaxing day out on the Solent.  Treat your friends or family to a day they will never want to forget.  If you are a photographer, just try and imagine the number of stunning shots you will be able to take – a sea of colourful spinnakers bearing down on the leeward mark, all the mayhem as yachts battle for space around the buoy, the beautiful scenery and the stunning light.

We can take up to ten people and lunch can be arranged at any of the pubs or restaurants around the Solent.
